Manufacturing-oriented design for dies, fixtures and automation.

We design stamping and forming dies, progressive dies, clamping and welding fixtures and compact automation, from first feasibility check to finished drawing. Behind that sit more than 20 years on the shop floor, delivered in Creo Parametric, remotely or on site with you.

From enquiry to a production-ready solution

Four steps with clear interim results. You always know where your project stands.

  1. 01

    Enquiry & feasibility

We look at the part, the material, the volume and your press, then tell you straight what works and what it takes.

  2. 02

    Concept & layout

We lay out the strip, the station sequence and the die or fixture concept, checking forces and installation space as we go.

  3. 03

    Design in Creo

The 3D design comes with common standard parts, a workable tolerance concept and details your toolmakers can actually produce.

  4. 04

    Handover & support

Bill of materials, drawings and data in your preferred format, optionally supported until first article approval.

Why companies outsource design work

Capacity without fixed costs

Absorb design peaks without creating a permanent position. You pay for project work, not for headcount.

Shop-floor thinking

More than 20 years in tool and fixture making mean designs that can genuinely be produced and maintained.

Short decision paths

One dedicated contact, direct questions, quick alignment, also with your toolmakers and suppliers.

Confidential & independent

Projects stay confidential, references are anonymised. We are tied to no toolmaker and no supplier.

An engineer who knows the shop floor

We are a specialised design partner and process optimiser for tooling, equipment and automation. Because we come from the shop floor, our solutions can be machined, assembled and run in the press.

Anonymised project examples

Progressive dies, strip layouts, milling and welding fixtures and automation from real customer projects. Names stay out of it for confidentiality reasons.

Project images on request

Most of our reference projects are confidential. We are happy to show design states, strip layouts and fixtures in person – on request and once the respective customer has approved it.
